ABOUT US

Robert R. Rice founded Aristocraft Counters and Floor Coverings in 1955. It was his life long dream to own his own business where he could work with his hands. He was a very hard working caring man. Bob Rice loved the flooring business and he put his whole heart into it. Although, he retired at the age of 69 he continued to come to work until just before he passed away at 84 years old.

Gary A. Rice is now the current owner of Aristocraft. He started working with his Dad Bob Rice at the age of 14. He is also very hard working and knows every aspect of the business. Gary started as an installer and did so for 15 years. Although he loved installing Bob Rice wanted him to learn all of the business and eventually become the owner. Gary has been with Aristocraft for 37 years now. He has successfully kept this small family business running.

Angela M. Ulrich is Gary Rice’s daughter. She is now the manager and the 3rd generation to learn all aspects of the business. At an early age she had and interest in Aristocraft. She frequently visited Dad & Grandpa at the shop. Angela has her accounting degree and loves interior design. She enjoys helping customers with their design needs. She continually educates herself on the current products and trends in the industry.

Kathy A. Rice has been a part of Aristocraft since she married Gary 33 years ago. She assists with payroll and bookkeeping. She loves helping customers with their decisions on colors & design. She is always eager to help. Kathy is very genuine and will give you an honest opinion.

Michael K. Welch started working for Aristocraft 30 years ago. He is Kathy Rice’s brother. He is an expert professional craftsman. Mike’s skills allow him to install any custom design you create. Although, he is our main installer, he is also a foreman that is in charge of on site quality control.

Randy Seick- 25 years of installing with Aristocraft. He is one of our best and most experienced installers. He works very hard and never has any complaints.

Monty- 6 years of installing cabinets and counter tops with Aristocraft. He is very trustworthy and takes pride in his work. He is always very grateful for work and loves installing cabinets. He thrives on the sense of accomplishment that he receives when the customer is happy with the work he has done.

Paul Hunt- 25 years of installing carpet for Aristocraft. Paul is extremely meticulous and a perfectionist with every job he does. He takes great pride in a job well done. He has installed carpet in all of our personal homes.

Chad Rouse- Professional & experienced tile installer. He has installed tile in high end homes and in commercial buildings. He is naturally talented at working with his hands. He is very creative and can help you with design choices.

Matt Walden- 15 years of expertise in carpet installation. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced carpet installer.
